Investors recently paid more than $42 million in two separate deals for office buildings in Lakewood and the Meridian International Office Park in Douglas County.

In the largest deal, HRPT Properties Trust of Newton, Mass., paid $28.75 million for three office buildings at 7201, 7301 and 7401 W. Mansfield Ave. in the Corporate Center at Academy Park in Lakewood.

The Bureau of Reclamation occupies all 213,000 square feet in the buildings in a 10-year lease.
