Embattled Near North Insurance owner Michael Segal raided a company account to funnel money to big-name politicians, including nearly $140,000 to Ald. Burton Natarus (42nd) and $50,000 to former Rep. Dan Rostenkowski, prosecutors alleged Thursday.
