Honey provides natural way to sweeten food and health

Known as liquid gold to beekeepers and honey enthusiasts, honey is
one of the few products that can be packed and sold straight from
nature.
In addition to its place on toast and desserts, Mother Nature's
own sweetener has ample health benefits.
"It is the only food stuff that doesn't spoil," says Lowell
Hutchison, a local beekeeper. "It's a non-growing medium. It's
basically the fact that foreign organisms don't grow in it."
