Rolling Hills OKs $42 fee

St. Joseph Public Library cardholders will no longer get a free
ride at Rolling Hills Consolidated Library facilities.
The Rolling Hills board voted 5-2 Tuesday to apply an annual fee
of $42 to all individuals who want to use its facilities but don't
pay taxes to the Rolling Hills district. The fee will begin on the
last day of April.
Voting in favor of the fee was Janice Goforth, David Meade,
Patricia Kapp, Sue Paxton and Glen Drake. Board president Kathy Rhoad
