Grimsby's Community Chest has teamed up with Powergen to help residents become more energy efficient - and to save money.

Powergen, which is part of E.ON electricity and gas company, has provided Community Chest with low energy lightbulbs and energy- saving plugs to hand out to customers on benefits or low incomes.

The plugs automatically switch off equipment linked to a computer when it is shut down.
