Longborough does it again. A capacity audience obviously enjoyed Richard Studer's production of Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin, conducted with warmth and admirable pacing by Jonathan Lyness. Some of the English rhyming couplets jarred, but understanding the libretto gave the audience depth of appreciation.
