'We were lucky to get out alive'

Residents say they're lucky to be alive after arsonists set fire
to wheelie bins outside their block of flats.
The fire was one of four started deliberately in Cheltenham early
yesterday morning.
The worst hit was a block of flats at De Ferrieres Walk in
Hester's Way. Dozens of residents had to be evacuated at 12.40am in
their night clothes to escape the flames and billowing smoke.
