Rachel Demuth started off in the bakery trade in Neal's Yard in
London. It was here she learned to bake and cook and moved her
passion for cooking to Bath when she opened Broad Street Bakery.
She now has her own vegetarian and vegan restaurant, on North
Parade Passage, Bath, Demuth's. If such a successful businesswoman
still has an ardour for food and the time to cook a proper evening
