TO RECAP, Claremont had the idea of putting a new police headquarters over the border in Pomona. This prompted Pomona's mayor to riposte that it's likelier that Pomona would annex all of Claremont than that Claremont would take any piece of her city.

Pomona annex Claremont? As a Claremonter myself, and a Pomona booster, I wrote that I saw certain advantages.
