Bruce Rogers to step down

UPLAND - With $80 in his pocket, a long-haired Bruce Rogers
strapped his guitar on his back, put his thumb in the air and headed
to California to seek fame and fortune. Rogers was 22, a college
graduate and a dreamer. He was gonna rock the world literally.
