Two seeking seat on Golden Bay board

Two candidates are to stand in the forthcoming Golden Bay Community Board byelection.

They are former Tasman district councillor Barry Cashman, who lost his seat in the 2004 council election, and Golden Bay Work Centre Trust manager Mik Symmons. The election is being held following board member Neil Hill's resignation in May. Nominations closed yesterday .
