GLASGOW gamblers could become instant millionaires by playing slot
machines at the city's new casinos.
The government is to pave the way for machines which offer limit-
less cash prizes at a time when councillors have ordered a probe into
the dangers of gambling.
Only the biggest casinos will be allowed to install the super-
rich slot machines under a new gambling bill being introduced by
Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell.
