Trio land call-ups after two ruled out; SCOTLAND UPDATE: Crawford, Dickov and Alexander replace McCann and Sullivan

BERTI VOGTS has drafted Stevie Crawford, Paul Dickov and Neil Alexander in to the squad to travel to the Faroe Islands on September 7 after two call-offs.

Rangers forward Neil McCann is out of action with a thigh problem, while Tottenham keeper Neil Sullivan is sidelined for at least two months with a broken thumb.

That has opened the door for Dunfermline and Leicester strikers Crawford and Dickov, and Cardiff No.1 Alexander.
