Asked to prioritize among four top issues during a debate Sunday
night, Republican and Democratic City Council candidates showed
across-the-board support for combined sewer overflows and stormwater
flooding as the most pressing matters.
The debate - televised on WNIN-PBS9 and sponsored by the League of
Women Voters of Southwestern Indiana, Downtown Kiwanis and the
