Jason Woebkenberg has no problem with accountability. The principal of Culver Elementary School said education is a results- oriented business, and "there's no employee of any school that would argue against it."

But Woebkenberg takes issue with state and federal government reports that say his Downtown-area school is failing.

Culver is one of four Evansville schools and nine in the state in "restructuring" according to the federal No Child Left Behind Act.

A separate state government assessment, meanwhile, places Culver and nine other Evansville schools on "academic probation."
