The outgoing Republican city administration remains on track to
decide before the end of the year how to spend all or a portion of
$8.8 million on mainly Downtown projects.
Republican Mayor Russ Lloyd Jr. lost his re-election bid Tuesday
to Democratic state Rep. Jonathan Weinzapfel, who takes office in
