A U.S. appeals court on Friday threw out the nationally noted
lawsuit of professed gambling addict David N. Williams against Casino
Aztar, declaring the case a "frivolous" federal claim. The appellate
court also ordered Williams' attorneys to show why they and Williams
should not be sanctioned.
But an attorney for the 53-year-old Evansville man who gambled
away his life savings on the local riverboat said the ruling by the
