A U.S. appeals court on Friday threw out the nationally noted lawsuit of professed gambling addict David N. Williams against Casino Aztar, declaring the case a "frivolous" federal claim. The appellate court also ordered Williams' attorneys to show why they and Williams should not be sanctioned.
