HENDERSON JAIL LOSING INMATES KENTUCKY OFFICIALS WANT TO HOUSE PRISONERS FROM VANDERBURGH COUNTY

The Henderson County Detention Center may be facing a financial
crunch because of the loss of more state inmates.
According to Chief Deputy Col. Ron Herrington, the jail received a
letter Tuesday saying eight state inmates would be transferred to
LaGrange Penitentiary on Thursday.
Nine state inmates are being released today because of Gov. Paul
Patton's executive order commuting their sentences.
