Jon Hilbert is determined to win the kicking job for the NFL's Chicago Bears.

But he can't do it alone. He'll need some help from his teammates, especially those on the offensive side of the ball.

It'll be up to the offensive unit to put Hilbert in position to unseat the incumbent kicker, Paul Edinger.
