Development proposed in Port Washington

Port Washington - A Grafton developer wants to build a business park, a 40-unit assisted living complex and a nursing home at the northeast end of Port Washington, a city official said Thursday.

The 27-acre development, which would be along Highway LL northeast of Wisconsin St., would require city sewer and water services, said Randy Tetzlaff, the city's director of planning and development.

The developer, Hank Mehciz, could not be reached for comment Thursday afternoon.
