A Sissonville teen has generated a lot of buzz over the past year among American Saddlebred horse fans and followers.

Justin Cowley has had what amounts to a meteoric rise in the world of Saddlebred Horse Shows, riding his horse, Colonel Hoss, to national and world champion titles in a little less than a year.
