Energy Corp. of America plans public offering
|
Energy Corp. of America plans to raise more than $160 million with
an initial public offering that will give investors units in a trust
instead of stock in the company.
The company plans to create Appalachian Gas Royalty Trust, which
will own royalty interests in Energy Corp. of America's natural gas-
producing properties in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky,
according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
