A Lincoln County woman was resuscitated and hospitalized after she collapsed following a mental hygiene hearing in Kanawha County, police said.

A mental hygiene worker got an order to pick up Dolly Gibson, 44, at CAMC General Hospital sometime Thursday afternoon pending a mental hygiene petition, said Sheriff Mike Rutherford.
