Uni-Select to Acquire Minneapolis Store Group

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - June 20, 2006) - Uni-Select Inc. (TSX:UNS) announced that it has entered into an agreement in principle to purchase the assets of Red Rooster Auto Stores, LLC ("Red Rooster"), a store group headquartered in the Minneapolis suburb of Crystal, Minnesota. Red Rooster operates six (6) stores that serve both retail and professional service dealer customers.

Upon conclusion of the transaction, the business will continue operations as a business unit of Automotive Group USA, Central Region. This transaction follows the December 2005 acquisition of Minneapolis ...
