Earth Metals Corp., (TSX VENTURE:REM) (the "Company") announces that
it has engaged Bolder Investment Partners as agent to carry out a
brokered private placement of 6,000,000 units at $0.12 per unit for
gross proceeds of $720,000. The units will be comprised of one common
