OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 21, 2005) - The Honourable Aileen Carroll, Minister of International Cooperation, will deliver the keynote speech at a gala dinner on April 21 at the International Development Days (IDD) conference taking place in Halifax. The Minister will talk about Canada's new International Policy Statement with a focus on private-sector development.
