Lysander Minerals Corporation and Eastfield Resources Ltd.: Jajay Property Lands Funding From Major

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 14, 2005) -
Lysander Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LYM) ("Lysander") and
Eastfield Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ETF) ("Eastfield") are pleased
to announce that, together with they have signed an agreement with
Teck Cominco Limited ("Teck Cominco") under which Teck Cominco can
earn an interest in its Jajay copper/gold property in north-central
British Columbia. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
The minimum expenditure to earn an interest will be approximately
$9,000,000.
