VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 19, 2005) - Luzon Minerals Ltd. ("Luzon" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:LZN) is pleased to announce that it has elected to exercise its option from Vista Gold Corp. ("Vista") to purchase the Amayapampa Gold Project, located in Bolivia. In addition, Luzon announces further amendments to the original agreement with Vista, dated December 11, 2003.
