SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- A powerful storm carrying heavy rain and strong winds is forecast to hit California tonight into tomorrow morning. Wind gusts up to 45 to 50 mph and rainfall totals between 0.5" and 1.5" are expected throughout Northern California, including the Bay Area.
