Uganda's northern war costs over 3 percent of GDP

KAMPALA, June 5 (Xinhua) -- For 17 years the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) led by Joseph Kony, has terrorized Uganda's Acholiland which comprises districts of Gulu, Kitgum and Pader and neighboring districts, and costed colossal economic loss for the east African country.
