Russia to Construct Underground Railroads in Dhaka

A team of Russian experts is to meet with Communications Minister
Barrister Nazmul Huda of Bangladesh Wednesday with a plan for
building underground railroads to end the Dhaka's nagging traffic
problem, a news release from the Russian embassy here said Tuesday.
The experts from the Russian company Metrogiprostroy arrived here
on February 9 at the invitation of Bangladesh authorities. They have
already talked with officials from the Ministry of Communications.
