ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The USO is proud to announce that Joe Aldaz, Jr. has been chosen as center director for the new Rocky Mountain USO center at Fort Carson. Aldaz, a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and former president and CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Colorado Springs, Co., will plan, organize, and direct USO operations, providing quality programs and services to service personnel and their families in that community.
