MANHATTAN, Kan., Sept. 19 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The staff at Kansas State University's new Center for Engagement and Community Development don't plan to just continue the role of Kansas State as a helping partner to Kansas communities, they say. They want to take it up a notch by becoming active partners with towns and cities all over the state.
