Chandia Convicted on Material Support of Terrorism Charges

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Ali Asad Chandia, age
29, of College Park, Md., was convicted today by a jury in the
Eastern District of Virginia on three of four counts of an indictment
charging him with terrorism-related offenses, Assistant Attorney
General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division and United States
Attorney Chuck Rosenberg of the Eastern District of Virginia
