'Wings' Bring Spirit to Yitzhak Rabin Center as it Nears Completion; Photo Available

TEL AVIV, Israel - Marking a major milestone in the construction
of the Yitzhak Rabin Center, one of the two "wings" -- the large,
biomorphic shell roofs that evoke the shape of a dove's wings -- was
installed earlier this week on top of the building. The wings enclose
the Lea Rabin Hall and the library/archives, two major sections of
the Complex. "The wings symbolize an important transition in the life
of my father," said Dalia Rabin, Yitzhak Rabin's daughter and chair
