WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 /U.S. Newswire/ -- On Tuesday, November 5, citizens around the country will go to the polls to vote for their elected officials -- but that's not all. In 40 states voters will decide on 202 statewide ballot measures -- 53 from the people and 149 from the government. The issues to be decided will be as mundane as "revising certain constitutional articles pertaining to the executive branch" in Arkansas to controversial issues like legalizing marijuana in Nevada and authorizing the death penalty for capital crimes in Florida.
