Cement Industry Consolidates Trade Groups Under Portland Cement Association

SKOKIE, Ill., Oct. 1 /U.S. Newswire/ --To better unify government affairs programs with promotion and research efforts, the cement industry has merged the American Portland Cement Alliance, its Washington, D.C.-based government affairs arm, with the Portland Cement Association, a trade group based in suburban Chicago.
