ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The American Legislative
Exchange Council (ALEC) opens its 29th Annual Meeting today at the
Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center (6000 W. Osceola Parkway,
