WASHINGTON, June 28 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Following is a transcript of remarks by House Democratic Leader Richard A. Gephardt on corporate expatriation:

"It should be obvious by now that there are some in the business world who are looking for ways to bend the rules, break the rules, or look for places where there are no rules.

"Clearly, this does not involve all corporations. I am happy to say that the great majority of corporations and their executives are honorable, law-abiding citizens that serve their employees, their shareholders and customers effectively.
