Actor, Author, Korean War Vet to Speak at Mobile Dedication

WASHINGTON, June 21 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Actor, author and Korean
War veteran, James McEachin, will speak at a Korean War memorial
dedication at 10 a.m. June 25 at Battleship Park in Mobile, Ala.
McEachin, who starred along with fellow Korean War veteran James
Garner, on the prime time television drama "First Monday" served with
two distinct units -- the 24th Infantry Regiment and 2nd Infantry
Division. During the war he earned a Purple Heart.
McEachin has appeared in films like "Sudden Impact" and on
television with recurring roles on "Hill Street Blues," "Perry
Mason," and "Matlock" among ...
