Paul Taylor, president of the Alliance for Better Campaigns, will speak the evening of April 4, to a select group of civic leaders and others in Washington, D.C., organized by the Institute for Global Ethics (IGE).

Taylor will discuss the ethics of political reform after Shays- Meehan. The audience will include invited community members as well as members of IGE's board of directors and its development committee.
