IF YOU want to get ahead in Scotland, get in the public sector.
The pay is better. It is also rising faster than in the private
sector. And so, too, are job opportunities.
So why take on all the risk-taking, uncertainty and general hassle
of life in the private sector when the more safe and rewarding world
of government beckons?
