Intelsat, the global satellite consortium, has identified a total
of about $5 million that was allegedly diverted by two of its top
executives, according to a report given to its board members
yesterday.
The confidential report by a special Intelsat committee outlines
a three-month internal investigation that has led to a partial return
of the money. Intelsat operates the communications network that
transmits most of the world's international telephone calls and
television broadcasts...
