Mather's return is timely for Glasgow
|
SCOTLAND World Cup flanker Cammy Mather will make his return to
action for Glasgow tonight after recovering from an ankle injury
suffered on tour at the end of May.
Mather's return will boost a Glasgow side heading into the home of
the current Celtic League leaders, the Neath-Swansea Ospreys, and is
timely as it allows him to replace Paul Dearlove, who suffered a
broken leg in the team's defeat to Newport-Gwent Dragons last Friday
night. The Scots are also without their skipper, and another Scotland
cap, No8 Jon Petrie, due to illness so 18-year-old John Beattie steps
