Lost Van Gogh 'could well be hanging on Bearsden wall'

A LOST masterpiece by Vincent Van Gogh could be somewhere in Scotland, according to the author of a new book about the artist.

Still Life With Apples, painted by Van Gogh in the late 1880s, was brought to Glasgow by Scottish art dealer Alexander Reid, who briefly shared a flat with the painter in Paris.
