ABSOLUTE right to buy for tenant farmers has not yet been given up by its supporters in the rural development committee report published yesterday on the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Bill.

Fergus Ewing, SNP, who won a 6:3 vote to insert a sympathy vote for absolute right to buy into the 255 page report made that clear last night.
