Deep Sea venue out of the storm

DEEP Sea Leisure, the Fife aquarium operator, gave further testament that it was successfully pulling away from the brink of ruin yesterday, as it posted a set of healthy annual figures.

The company, which was teetering on the brink of financial collapse two years ago, turned in a pre-tax profit of GBP 1.26 million. This compares with a pre-tax loss of GBP 719,000 after exceptional items in the previous 12 months.
