A NEW Edinburgh-based start-up, hoping to transform the humble hot
dog into a gourmet feast has successfully raised more than GBP
350,000 from investors.
Bau.Waus is aiming to open its first outlet in the West End of
Edinburgh by August and said it plans to take a big bite out of the
fast food market by offering customers haute cuisine bangers.
The company's lead backer is Ashleybank, the investment house
