Motorist has no beef over rampaging bull that damaged his car, sheriff rules

A RAMPAGING bull has found itself at the centre of a bizarre court
case.
A motorist took a farmer to court, claiming compensation for
damage to his car, after the bull leapt a gate and three fences and
crashed into his vehicle.
But two years and thousands of pounds in expenses later, a sheriff
has decided for the farmer - ruling that no one could have predicted
the bull's talent for jumping.
The bull, weighing almost a ton, bolted from a barn at Culdrain
Farm, near Huntly, Aberdeenshire.
It burst through the gate and cleared the 4ft barbed wire paddock
fence and two other fences.
