Where is it?
Looking out over the Lammermuir and Pentland Hills, in East
Lothian, the farmhouse stands on the 2,000-acre Winton estate, just a
short distance from Winton House - a stately home that dates back to
the Scottish Renaissance. A walk around its beautiful terraced
gardens and lake is highly recommended, although since you'll have
your own extensive gardens, including a walled orchard, barbecue area
and golf practice bunker, you may just prefer to stay put and take in
the views.
